Jack (Richard Tyson), a manipulative power player, and his business associates share a volatile relationship. Club owner Vic (Jimmy Blondell), playboy Niko (Paul Sloane) and stooge Freddy (Flea) are all indebted to Jack in one way or another--and he won't let them forget it.
