Four people leave London's Paddington Station for a therapy weekend in Oxfordshire where they hope to develop self-awareness and possibly find some enlightenment. Waiting for them is a manipulative group leader. The atmosphere soon becomes toxic. Bullying begins. Then a particularly gruesome murder is committed.
