Pretty Dead

Pretty Dead is an American dramatic horror film. The film centers around Regina Stevens who seems to have it all. She just passed her Medical License exam and her boyfriend Ryan proposed to her. Everything is coming together. That is, until Regina wakes up one day with a craving for human flesh, a strange ability to heal, and no pulse. Her cravings intensify and she is unable to stop herself from killing and cannibalizing several victims.
